In order to insure fairness for both sellers and buyers, the auction time will be extended by approximately 3 minutes from the time scheduled to end, if you bid within the last several minutes of the sale. For instance if you bid with 2 minutes left in an auction, the time will reset to 5 minutes.

For each occupied property you will be informed if the property has a lead certificate or does not. We will include the lead certificate number if we have a copy or given the # by the home owner. If the house doesn’t have a certificate, we will say ‘No Lead Certificate’.
