This policy covers how ACA treats personal information about you. This information includes name, address, phone numbers, email address and credit card numbers.

ACA has a contract with various agents (“Seller”) to offer Real Estate Properties on this website to the highest bidder. When an item is sold third party (“Buyer”), we will furnish the Seller with your name, address, phone numbers and email address and a copy of the sales contract.

ACA respects all individuals who have registered to bid on www.alexcooperauctions.com. You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a user on this site. Be aware that we will not give out your information to any 3rd party other then Seller. All information collected is for our own internal use and is completely confidential and will not be sold or shared. ACA does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

ACA will add your name to our mailing list. Our occasional mailings are to inform you of ACA upcoming events. If you do not want to receive mail please contact our Towson office to have your name removed from our mailing list.

For legal reasons we will respond to subpoenas & court orders, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. If we believe that there is fraud or any illegal activities, if necessary we will share information to investigate these activities.
